Refund and cancellation policy

We at rice organization take utmost care to process donations be it online or offline. However, in case of an erroneous donation or if the donor wants to cancel the donation, the rice organization responds to it in 7-10 working days of receiving a genuine request.

The timely refund of the donation will depend on the payment method used while making the donation. The donor will have to provide a written request within 3 days of donation on the rice’s official address or mail us at rice.info@yahoo.in. 

The essentials to request the refund along with a written request are as follows:

1. Proof of donation amount being deducted 
2. If the donation was made offline then the original receipt must be returned at our office,
3. If the tax exemption certificate has already been issued then we will not be able to refund the donated amount. In case, the mistake happens to be on our end then the genuine refund request will be accepted.
4. The international donations will take up to 10-12 working days for the refund process.
